Hello everyone,
After I read my unit 3 assessment about myself that I have not change dramatic on the three areas namely in psychological, spiritual, and physical. It relatively stay the same. I would like to improve in psychological and spiritual more in order to promote my own health where as I am tend to lack there of.
One of thing that I can improve would be going to church service more than usually. In this way, I may find peace and harmony with nature in promote the healing process of forgiveness that I have cause many pain and suffering for myself and my family for the years. I have tried to meditation as well in deep breathing in order to control my emotional side at least 4 to 5 time daily.
Therefore, I can come in terms with my inner thought of showing sign of compassion as well as in forgiveness to others.
Another activity that I have tried was to join sport teams in order to erase my negative thoughts of showing loving-kindness for myself and family. In this case, I can find peace with others. It 's going to take some times for me to forgiveness others.
For this class, it has brought me many good aspects of integral health where I have tried to experiment them for myself. The only thing that I notice would be the five guiding principles namely: holistic, evolutionary,intentional, person-centered, and dynamic. It may be crucial for me of understanding the concepts of integral health. It has been difficulties and challengers for me to incorporate some of the ideas that mention for this course as I am still learning to adjust some of the contemplative practice exercises. Therefore, I can assist with other people about this course as I am learning in more details. At first, I have to love myself as well as in forgiveness in order for promoting other people health.
