Hello everyone,
I can not believed that we are in week three. For this assignment, I have to rate myself from the scale from 0 to 10 which included A) physical well-being, B) spiritually, and C) psychological well-being. I would rate myself as physical to be 8.5. I do exercise four times per weeks. My Spiritual rate for me would be at 3.5; thus, I am not a believer in the supernatural. For psychological, I rated myself to be in 6.5 out of 10 scale. This has always been new to me.
I think the goal for me psychologically, would have to continue with my study and become a better person. Also, I needed to control my emotion as well as angry. The goal for spiritual has always been a struggle to me. I needed to be more active involvement with other people.
The activity that I would implement would be in the following physical activities. I would like to work on my upper body strengthen that consist of endurance and flexibility. I needed to work on the F.I.T.T. test programs that included curl-up, push-up, stationary bike, treadmill, free weight, and pool exercise.

Sorry, but I can't tell, so what is your nationality? Are you not into Buddhism? Because this could help you spiritually and psychologically. By the way I am Loas, but not into Buddhism. However, I do have an uncle who is and it seems like his method works for him. You would understand if you could see the life he is in and how his wife and kids are like towards one another.
ReplyDeleteHello Vibol. I know I am a little late in commenting on your blog, but these are my thoughts. Above you stated you did not believe in the supernatural. I respect your beleif. Do you beleif though that everyone has a purpose in life and to achieve this we must mentally acknowledge our spiritual being? To me, spiritual is the connection of the mind and body. I personally feel we can acomplish this.
ReplyDeleteI also understand you enjoy exercising and maintaining your body. One exercise that will bring you closer to achieving your goals such as flexibility, endurance, upper body, and push ups is yoga. If you have not tried this, I highly recommend you either attend a class in your local area or rent a cd from the library. This way, if you do not like it, there is not charge. Today will be my third day of practicing for the week. I have seen a tremendous change in my mid section, upper body, and most importantly relaxation in my life. Enjoy!
Hey Maria,
ReplyDeleteI just want to say thank you for your advice, but I beleieved it has to do with people choice of making the right decision- process about their life. I do not mind if you can write your comment if and than you are late. I still enjoying other people comments so that I can learn from them.
